Nikita Mitchell has committed herself to fight at the intersection of racial and survivor justice through her work as an organizer, coordinator, and weaver. She intimately understands this work's importance as a queer Black woman, mother, and survivor.
For over a decade, Nikita has been a consultant and facilitator for movement organizations and non-profit organizations and an organizer from union to education justice to community organizing. She is a member of the Movement For Black Lives and Rising Majority. Previously Nikita was the Chief Strategy Officer for me too. International, National Coordinator for Rising Majority, and the Director of Organizing for the Black Lives Matter Global Network.
