Falilah “Aisha” Bilal has worked joyously for over 30 years creating innovative strategies to transform, empower and develop individuals, systems, organizations, and contemporary thought.  

She is a liberated black woman who understands the importance that pleasure, orgasm, and joy plays in the liberation of our individual and collective power. She specializes in the field of self-love, radical healing, and personal/organizational transformation!

​She believes to heal the world, we must first heal ourselves from the limits of patriarchy, sexism, and racism and this starts with reclaiming our bodies and learning to consent to pleasure and joy.

Ms. Bilal holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.A. in Theater Arts and Child Psychology from San Francisco State University.
